Property & Advertising
Let us find you a suitable tenant! We will discuss your tenant requirements, take photos of your property, advertise your property on the following portals: Rightmove, Zoopla, Primelocation & Gumtree. Additional charges will apply if Spareroom advertising is also required. Manage all property enquiries and carry out vetting of tenants based on your requirements. Conduct viewings. Carry out tenant referencing. Contracts and eSigning. Lodge deposits. Organise inventory and check in.
We can organise at an additional cost the following certifications:
Landlord certificates, EPC’s, Gas Certificates and Electrical Safety (EICR)
